Services
daish provides web design, automation and tools, and brand and design services to NZ businesses. All services are delivered under a separate service agreement confirmed via email.
Payments
Invoices are issued via email. Payment terms are set out in each service agreement.
Intellectual property
On full payment, clients own all deliverables created for them. daish retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
daish is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
